David began his career in the title industry in Louisville while pursuing a degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. Over the years, he advanced from an intern to a partner at Heritage Title Services, LLC, with a notable transition to Nashville in 2001. After Heritage Title was sold in 2007, David founded Limestone in 2009.

 

A dedicated family man, David has been married to Tarah since 2007, and together they have three children: Hadley (17), Henry (14), and Jackson (12). In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, David is an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for hunting, golf, skiing, boating, and coaching UpTime Volleyball. He is deeply committed to his community, volunteering with local charities and demonstrating a strong servant’s heart. Known for his problem-solving abilities and his approachable, personable nature, David thrives on building relationships and continues to find fulfillment in his work.
